Organ restrictions and adhesions can contribute to, or be the cause of, musculoskeletal pain. This type of limitation can restrict range of motion, and can cause issues with the organs functions. Maegan uses her training to release adhesions and therefore aide the body to return to balance.

Maegan has many years of experience and training with breast and top surgeries, abdominal surgeries, and joint replacement. As well, internal scar tissue from car accidents, head injuries, digestive disorders and pregnancy. Her scar tissue treatment uses a combination of Fascial Therapy, movement and Visceral Manipulation. These treatments can help decrease pain, itching, pulling and restrictions in ranges of motion.

I am a graduate of the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) from Ontario, Canada.

My approach to treatment is gentle but effective, and I love working with patients to help them with their pain & discomfort.

I also like taking the time to educate & empower my patients with ideas & tools that they can use to make lifestyle changes that will improve their lives in whatever category they’re struggling in.

I practice with integrity, always putting my patient’s needs first, and I always try to do my best for each person.

My special area of interest lies in helping people who have struggled with health concerns and have tried a lot of other modalities, but still haven’t gotten relief or answers to what’s happening in their body. I love problem solving and helping people get to the bottom of what’s going on, and helping them to overcome complicated issues.

Special Interests

1. Supporting newborn babies & parents as they navigate their new life-stage.

This may look different for everyone, but often my role is to help babies recover from traumatic deliveries that may cause any of the following:

  • Feeding challenges

  • Digestive upset

  • Colic, fussiness & discomfort

  • Stiffness/tension in the body

2. Helping to facilitate healing for people with concussion injuries through Osteopathic treatment.

My treatments are gentle and effective for people of all ages; listening to and treating the entire person, not just the ailment.

I studied from 2012-2019 to become an osteopathic practitioner, but before that, I was (and still am) an RMT, since 2005.
